Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness competitions when she was just 16 years old. When she was 17 she was awarded her professional certificate just one year later. A year later, at the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card. She was one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from stage life after obtaining her Professional Card in order to finish her studies at college. In 2015, she came back to the stage, and took part in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show she competed throughout her career and setting new goals every year. She was awarded four more fitness awards by the end of the year. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. In the month of October, 2015 she returned by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. She finished with a third-place finish. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. A few months later she was on the Olympia stage to take home the sixth position within the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to be 6th place within the fitness division, despite not having any expectations. Ariel was competing against the best. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm as well as pullups with machines, and bent-over rows. The warm-up phase is typically done before the exercise. Ariel is extremely efficient in her work. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings on all of her exercises in the back. It involves three or four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
